The Atrium Sound Space programming was curated by Steven M. Miller from its inception through Fall 2008. Sound artists are encouraged to submit pieces for programming consideration. Before submitting a piece, please have a look at the Technical Information page for information on the technical set-up and the space, as well as some ideas/recommendations for realizing pieces that will be effective in the space. If you have any questions or would like to discuss a proposal for a piece before submitting it, please feel free to email.
Complete submission packets must include the following:
- CD-Audio discs for the installation (must include at least two, no more than ten, discs spread across the two CD players)
- stereo mix of the piece, or an excerpt thereof, on audio CD
- a short bio and program note (including title & year of completion) in MSWord or RTF format on data CD-R (for display on a text panel in the space, as well as online on the website)
